For over two decades, from 1996 to 2019, Amuthu Minisa owned and operated Mother's Taste Asian Restaurant in Singapore — a kitchen built on the principle that food is an act of giving, not commerce.
The restaurant became a practice ground for conscious culinary science: sourcing without cruelty, feeding without ego, and understanding the spiritual dimension of nourishment. Over 75% of personal income from this period was directed to those in need.
